Rock climbing at Boulders

Working your upper and lower body, this a challenging yet fun activity. Boulders offer cardio climbs and also, yoga classes. Give it a go.

Trampolining at Go-Air or Infinity Park

Either break a sweat with your mates jumping, dodge-balling, and flipping around, or get involved in a fitness class. Burn up to 1,000 calories whilst doing something way more fun than the gym.
